Streamline Media Group is a 25-year creative development studio specializing in full video game development, co-development, publishing, and interactive digital asset production. We have shipped titles across every major platform for clients, including Sony, Microsoft, and global AAA publishers.
We are hiring a 3D Animator on a freelance/contract basis, where you will play a crucial role in bringing characters and environments to life. Collaborating closely with the Creative/Art Director and other team members, you will create high-quality animations that enhance gameplay and storytelling. Your responsibilities will include developing character movements, facial animations, and environmental effects, ensuring that all animations are fluid, dynamic, and stylistically consistent with the game's visual style.
You will also implement animations within the game engine, optimizing them for performance and ensuring they meet technical specifications. Regular communication with the development team is essential to align animations with game mechanics and narrative requirements, and staying current with industry trends and best practices in animation techniques is vital to the success of our projects.
This is a fully remote, project-based engagement: scope, deliverables, timelines, and rates are defined per work order. It is not a full-time employment position.
