Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster II
100% Remote (Work From Home) | Nevada, Texas & Arizona Claims Experience Required
EMPLOYERS is seeking an experienced Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster II to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-exposure, and litigated workers’ compensation claims while delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
What You'll Do
Independently manage complex workers’ compensation claims from inception through resolution.
Analyze claim exposures and establish appropriate reserves.
Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and internal stakeholders to drive claim outcomes.
Review litigation strategies, evaluate settlements, and negotiate claim resolutions.
Ensure compliance with Texas, Arizona, and Nevada workers’ compensation laws.
Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert on complex claims.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of workers’ compensation claims adjusting experience , including complex claims handling.
Strong experience handling claims in Texas, Arizona, and/or Nevada .
Extensive knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, litigation management, and claim resolution strategies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Insurance designations such as WCCP, AIC, ARM, or CPCU are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
