In this role, you’ll handle all administrative tasks from contract to close, including managing escrow documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, obtaining seller approvals for offers and counteroffers, and maintaining up-to-date records through accurate data entry. Responsibilities: • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Build strong relationships with sellers by being their main point of contact from the moment a property goes under contract, from the acquisition team • Provide clear, consistent communication with regular updates, coordinate key steps like inspections, photos, showings, and closing logistics, and ensure the seller always knows what to expect throughout the process Qualifications: • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Passionate about providing excellent customer service • Title processing: 1 year (preferred) • Bachelor’s (Required) • Paralegal: 2 years (preferred) Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000+ yearly
